2.招聘职位：
1）Analyst
Job Description:
- Assist in marketing, business development, client pitching, and execution of assignments/projects
- Prepare presentations to maintain ongoing client dialogues
- Conduct research and financial analysis
- Build and maintain spreadsheet models
- Draft offering and various information memorandums
- Support due diligence processes
- Assist the project team in managing the day-to-day logistics of project execution
Skills:
- Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, law, or other relevant disciplines; MBA, CPA, CFA or legal qualification holders preferred
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to conduct research independently
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and producing PPT presentation
- Strong interest in finance/investment banking
- High energy level, self-motivated, and ability to work as an integral part of a team
-Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and commitment to personal and career development
- Ability to effectively multi-task and to prioritize assignments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and precisely present ideas in both written and verbal format, in Chinese as well as English
2）Research Assistant
Job Description:
- Support analysts and/or associates in execution of various assignments
- Collect, synthesize and analyze data and information
- Update and maintain financial and valuation models
- Assist in preparing PPT presentations to clients
- Draft reports/notes on relevant investment themes and events
- Other ad hoc tasks as required to support team members
Skills:
- Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, math/statistics or a post graduate degree in relevant subjects
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and producing PPT presentations
- Strong interest in finance/investment banking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and precisely present ideas in both written and verbal format, in Chinese as well as English
- Strong teamwork initiative, enthusiasm and motivation, detailed oriented
- Commitment and strong working ethics

3）Research Assistant Intern
Skills:
