5. 埃克森美孚对于候选人在英语方面和其他语言能力方面有些什么要求？
在英语方面有较高要求。我们会通过第三方进行初步英语能力测试，只有通过测试的候选人才可以进入到下一步的招聘环节。粤语在个别职位上（如客户服务职位）是优势。
6. 客户服务代表 (Customer Service Representatives) 主要处理什么工作？
CSR主要处理销售后期从销售订单确认到回款的跟进工作。它不同于销售代表，CSR主要以电话和电邮与客户沟通，解答疑问，处理投诉，与物流同事合作安排货物运输。跟踪货物达到和提示销售同事按时收回货款。
