in my opinion,it is possible to be equal between men and women.although it has some difference in the physical,there are more fields in common,such as hunman rights, creativity,intellection……

impossible , for example , you are a boss. and you will employ a employee.

if you don't admit the equality between men and women ,how can we explain the phenomena that there are so many outstanding women in the different fields?
